Mission Statement

Our mission at Diamond Club Fastpitch (DCF) is to develop young ladies on and off the field and provide them with opportunities to participate in and promote softball as a vehicle for both personal growth and giving back to their communities.

DCF will help your daughter advance to the next level. That next level can be different things for different people (to advance from C to B ball, JV to Varsity or Club ball to College). With seventeen teams across nine competition divisions, DCF's coaches are committed to leveraging their countless years of playing and coaching experience to the development of area athletes who have a love for the game of softball. Our organization exists to make sure the opportunity is there for those athletes, regardless of their socioeconomic background, and that they learn the importance of giving back to their community. We don't believe that only “elite" players or those who can afford it deserve to be part of a softball organization, deserve to play at the highest levels and deserve to be seen at college exposures. Your daughter’s talent, her passion for the game and her willingness to put in hard work should be the only limits to how far she goes in softball.

We DO:

  • Create an environment in which players can reach their full potential and achieve self-confidence and positive self-esteem necessary for success in softball and in life.

  • Promote the game of fast-pitch softball with the respect it deserves.

  • Use the elevated profile of softball players to support various public causes in our communities.

  • Empower coaches to coach their teams and look at more than just a team’s win/loss record to measure their success.

  • Help those athletes who want to play in college get recruited and obtain college scholarships, through our network of college recruiters and coaches from NAIA up to Division I.

  • Provide an alternative to privately funded softball organizations with high membership fees.

We DO NOT:

  • Trophy hunt. We encourage all teams to play “up” at whatever level of softball will truly challenge the players and coaches on the team.

  • Have “daddy ball” where a coach’s child gets playing opportunities that others do not.

  • Put up with drama. Every single girl that puts on a DCF uniform, from 8U to 18A, is important, but they and their parents must accept being part of a team.

  • Generate income for club officers or the board of directors, which includes each team’s coach. All public money raised goes towards our facilities, the teams and the girls playing on them.
